Roasted Chicken and Veggies

Chicken:   In pan, coat chicken in light butter and lemon juice (freshly squeezed).  Sprinkle with salt and pepper.  Bake (covered) in a 375 degree oven for 50 minutes.  Uncover chicken and broil for ten minutes to brown.  

Veggies (20 minutes before chicken is done):  In saute pan, saute garlic in a TB spoon of oil. Add fresh green beans and zucchini.  Salt and pepper to taste.  
Cook on medium heat (level 4 or 5 if using an electric stove), cover and stir occasionally for 20 minutes.  Veggies will be beautifully cooked, and crisp.
